Can Serendeco work from the substrate I already use?
Yes. An existing grow slab, grow bag, block or technical specification can be used as the reference point when discussing a proposed alternative. Exact equivalence should not be assumed without reviewing the offered product and relevant technical information.
Can I trial a proposed substrate before ordering commercially?
Where practical, yes. For commercial growing applications, Serendeco encourages evaluation of a proposed substrate within the grower’s own production conditions before larger-volume supply.
Can you discuss reusable trough or gutter systems?
Yes. For suitable reusable systems, refill slabs and bulk or compressed refill-media formats can be discussed around the dimensions and practical requirements of the existing setup.
What quantity should I provide?
An estimate is sufficient initially. Depending on the product, this can be expressed as units, grow slabs, bags, blocks, pallets, containers or another useful indication of expected commercial demand.
