Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Our Sri Lankan Manufacturing Partners
Serendeco works with manufacturers and suppliers in Sri Lanka to source coco coir products and obtain appropriate product specifications.
We do not routinely need to send a customer’s personal contact details to an overseas manufacturer. Where supplier input is required, we aim wherever reasonably possible to provide technical or commercial requirements without identifying the individual customer.
If it becomes necessary to transfer personal information to a separate organisation outside the United Kingdom, we will consider the applicable UK international-transfer requirements and put an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism in place before making the transfer.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
General enquiries and quotation or sample enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing commercial relationship will normally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them for longer.
Where an enquiry develops into a customer, supplier or commercial relationship, relevant information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and afterward where necessary for accounting, taxation, contractual, legal or regulatory purposes.
